I've had this also and it is one of the better ones (no spelling mistakes for example). It looks like the real deal with the logo in place on the email, and it sort of tries to persuade you to follow it with the threat of paypal suspension at the end.

Also thought the "login to your paypal account and click help" type thing added a bit of extra weight to it being genuine - which it isn't of course.

They are getting better at these sort of email scams.

Apparently paypal scams are *the most popular* type of phishing emails.

Suppose it's direct access to cash if it works.
